The primary suite includes a custom walk-in closet and a private ¾ bath with a slate walk-in shower. Additional features include ceiling fans, extra insulation, and security pre-wiring for added peace of mind.

Step outside to a spacious covered patio, a fenced garden area, and convenient alley access with an RV gate. A laundry area is located just off the patio adding extra functionality.

Bedrooms: Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 offer a queen-size mattress and the office offers a pull-out bed. Bathrooms: Both are full bathrooms including a shower directly located in the center of the home.

Back Patio: Private backyard, covered patio seating, ambient lighting, wood fire pit for a fun, relaxing evening under the stars.

Entertainment: Fire TV’s allowing Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, YouTube (among others).

Laundry: Washer and dryer are located on the premises; washer pods, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided.

NOTE - For group reservations of 5 or more, please ensure that you carefully read the above details and are okay with the sleeping arrangements. Only three beds are provided. If a reservation is placed for 6 guests, there is definitely room. However, guest 6 will need to utilize the couch. Please understand and acknowledge the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
